We’re here to make it right.
We are happy to fix lifted, chipped, cracked, or broken nails within 7 days.
- The 7-day guarantee does not apply to regular polish or shellac colour changes.
- Customers are responsible for their colour selection. If a colour change is requested after all nails have been applied, an additional charge will apply.
- If you are unable to visit the salon within 7 days, please call us so we can be aware of the issue and work with you to find a solution.
